Kindergarten & Elementary Forest School in Boulder County We are a family-run Forest School serving Kindergarten through Early Elementary students. Our classroom has mixed ages of less than 10 students with two high-quality teachers, licensed with both a traditional CO Teaching License and Level 3 Forest School Certification. We follow Colorado Core Academic Standards fully outdoors and meet daily at our location in Boulder County. Our approach to schooling is unique. We integrate the forest school model and traditional academics fueled by emergent curriculum- all held in the container of unconditional love and support with small relationship-focused class ratios and abundant wild nature play. We meet each child right where they are, exactly as they are, recognizing and honoring each child's unique gifts as we celebrate life in all its beauty together! At Heartseed Wildschooling, we focus on holistic education and whole child development- from counting geese flying overhead to solving conflicts with friends using non violent communication- all while being outside year round and witnessing the seasons change.
