Farms for City Children

Farms for City Children is an educational organization offering immersive residential programs on farms for children and young people aged 8 to 19. These programs are located in various locations in Wales, as well as farms in Devon and Gloucestershire. They provide children with an in-depth, hands-on experience of farming life, encouraging learning through direct engagement with agriculture and nature. The aims are to foster a better understanding and connection with the environment, enhance well-being, and build friendships. These experiences are critical for urban children, offering them the chance to learn about sustainability, responsibility, teamwork, and the importance of nature.
