The Youth Exploring Science (YES) Program is a nationally recognized initiative hosted by the St. Louis Science Center. It aims to prepare up to 200 teens annually from underserved neighborhoods in the St. Louis area. The program exposes these young individuals to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields through interactive learning and engagement with professionals. Participants explore various scientific fields including aerospace, agriscience, engineering, health, and medicine, providing valuable career path insights and fostering a long-lasting interest in science.
