Evaluation/Testing
Evaluations are a good fit for EVERY homeschool student! Unschoolers, Charlotte Mason, Waldorf, Montessori, Classical Conversations, etc., and textbook/workbook families too If you have a struggling or advanced learner, special needs, or unique circumstances If for any other reason testing "isn't for you" In many states, homeschool law allows you to choose to have your child evaluated by a Licensed Educator in lieu of standardized testing. I am currently active in Colorado and Florida. Other states may have this alternative as well. Check your local ​homeschool law!
