Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts

The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, held annually in downtown Pennsylvania, is a premier event that celebrates the thriving world of arts and culture. While primarily an arts festival, it offers educational opportunities through its dedicated 'Children and Youth Day,' which engages young participants with a suite of creative arts activities. These activities aim to cultivate a love for the arts, encourage creativity, and provide experiential learning, thus serving as a valuable resource for homeschooling families. For homeschooling communities, the festival presents an opportunity for experiential learning, integrating arts into the homeschool curriculum. The activities are hands-on, offering children the chance to explore artistic skills and express themselves creatively, making it a compelling addition to home education resources.
