Appalachian Caverns

Appalachian Caverns offers an engaging educational experience for homeschool groups, school field trips, and families interested in geology and the natural world. Visitors can explore the cave system through guided tours, where they learn about the geological formations, the history of the caves, and the ecology of the region. These tours provide a hands-on learning experience that complements various educational curricula, particularly in the areas of natural science and geology. The caverns offer unique opportunities for students to experience first-hand the subjects they learn about in textbooks, bringing to life the study of natural sciences through exploration and discovery.
