Umbrella School

FACE School is a private and independent school, founded in 1996, to support & enhance the home education experiences of families in Colorado & Worldwide. FACE serves as an official records or umbrella program for Colorado home educators that satisfies compulsory attendance law in Colorado. We have families from many other states and countries but it is up to the family to determine if we satisfy their local laws. All enrolled families benefit from our record-keeping services (sometimes called umbrella school enrollment). For those who join us as full access we also offer services such as transcripts & diplomas, a full graduation ceremony, field trips, social opportunities, ID cards, and classes (both in person in Westminster, CO as well as online). We also offer coaching and advising sessions to help your family best succeed in your home-based education journey.
