Delete or Archive a Rhythm Item

Delete a Rhythm item when it has no learning history. Archive it when completed Sessions already depend on it, so earlier records remain intact.

Delete or archive from Home

1. Open Home and find Your Rhythm.
2. Select the recurring activity you want to manage.
3. Choose the student-specific Rhythm item when the activity has separate schedules for more than one student.
4. Choose Delete when the item has no completed Sessions, or Archive when HomeTrail needs to preserve its learning history.

Archived items stop appearing in the active Rhythm and Planner but remain connected to earlier records.

Manage it from Pathfinder

1. Open Pathfinder → Rhythm.
2. Find the item and choose Edit.
3. Choose Delete or Archive, depending on whether it already has Session history.

Deleting and archiving Rhythm items is currently available on the HomeTrail website rather than the mobile app.
