American Association of University Women (AAUW) Marysville-Yuba City Branch

The AAUW Marysville-Yuba City Branch hosts an annual STEM Conference specifically aimed at 8th-grade girls. This event features sessions led by local professional women who actively work in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields. The conference serves as an educational resource by providing young girls with the opportunity to learn and be inspired by women in STEM careers, promoting gender equity and encouraging future careers in these fields. This is a valuable resource for homeschoolers seeking to engage in interactive and practical learning experiences outside the traditional classroom setting.
