Huron-Clinton Metroparks offers a variety of educational programs that support Common Core Sciences, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STREAM) as well as Michigan Science Standards. They provide specific homeschool programs such as the Advanced Homeschool Explorations for ages 11 – 16, and Homeschool Arts & Science on the Farm. These programs are designed to enhance learning through nature exploration, arts, and science experiments. The Metroparks system makes learning interactive and experiential, emphasizing outdoor education and environmental stewardship.
