Sunset Farms Sanctuary

Sunset Farms Sanctuary is a non-profit devoted to the long-term care of rescue animals who have faced neglect, abandonment, or abuse. Beyond its altruistic mission, the sanctuary offers an enriching educational opportunity for homeschoolers interested in life sciences, animal care, and ethical farming practices. Through visits and volunteering, students gain hands-on experience in animal husbandry, learn about sustainable farming, and develop empathy and respect for living creatures. The sanctuary's immersive environment serves as a practical complement to homeschool curriculums, fostering real-world understanding of animal and environmental sciences.
