Sarasota County Libraries

Sarasota County Libraries provide a wide range of educational resources tailored for homeschooling families. They offer access to a comprehensive digital library featuring eBooks, journal articles, and test preparation materials. One of the key highlights is the SkillSurfer section, which offers a rich variety of lessons, instructional videos, and practice tests across numerous academic subjects. These resources support diverse homeschooling needs by offering curriculum aids, enrichment opportunities, and academic assistance in subjects such as Math, Science, and English. With a Sarasota County Library card, users can enjoy these resources remotely. In addition to their digital offerings, the libraries also guide new homeschoolers in legal matters, ensuring a compliant and enriching educational journey.
