UCA Griffin Planetarium

The UCA Griffin Planetarium, part of the University of Central Arkansas, offers an enriching educational environment where visitors can explore the wonders of the cosmos. The facility provides field trips and educational programs that are ideal for students, including homeschool groups. Programs typically feature presentations that teach about astronomy, the solar system, and space exploration. These field trips are available by appointment, mostly on Tuesday mornings during the academic year. This makes it an excellent resource for homeschooling families looking to supplement their science curriculum with an engaging, interactive astronomy experience.
