Harvesting Earth Educational Farm

Harvesting Earth Educational Farm, established in 2008, is located in Flint-Beecher, Michigan, on Beach Street. It stands as the first urban farm in Genesee County to earn organic certification. The farm serves as a dynamic educational platform, particularly engaging youth and community members in the principles of sustainable agriculture and organic farming. As an extension of the King Karate Youth program, the farm offers a multitude of educational programs and practical experiences centered on farming, sustainability, and promoting healthy lifestyles. This makes it an invaluable resource for homeschool groups and community organizations keen on exploring environmental stewardship and agricultural practices.
