About
The Arts Society Liskeard Discovery Day offers a unique educational experience focused on the arts. It provides illustrated talks and activities that explore various art forms, such as oil painting materials from different historical periods. The sessions highlight common issues associated with the aging and deterioration of art materials. This educational opportunity is perfect for homeschoolers seeking a deep cultural and historical perspective on the arts, merging theoretical knowledge with practical insights. As part of a broader set of activities organized by The Arts Society, it aims to preserve artistic heritage and foster a deeper understanding of cultural arts through expert-led sessions.
