If you need to remove a student from your HomeTrail account, you can do so through the Trailhead section on the web version. Here’s how:
Steps to Delete a Student:
Go to the Web Version – Visit HomeTrail Trailhead and log in.
Select the Student – Navigate to the Student Details tab.
Delete the Student – If the student has not completed sessions, you will see an option to delete them.
What If the Student Has Completed Sessions?
Currently, HomeTrail does not allow you to delete a student if they have completed sessions. However, we can manually remove the student for you. Just reach out to support with the student’s details.
Upcoming Updates
We’re working on an update that will let you delete any student, even if they have completed sessions. This update will also provide options for managing their past activity, so you have full control over your records.
