1. Was It Intentional?

  • If you meant to delete your account, no further action is needed.

  • If it was accidental or unexpected, we can help reactivate it.

  • If it was intentional, but you wish to create a new account with the same email, reach out to us for support and we can help reactivate your account.

2. Reactivating Your Account

  • Reach out to our support team, and we’ll check if your data is still recoverable.

  • If possible, we’ll restore your account so you don’t lose your progress, records, or custom settings.

3. Creating a New Account

  • If your account can’t be restored, you can sign up again and start fresh.
