HomeTrail’s Ideas Board is a simple yet powerful tool designed to help you keep track of curriculum options, learning resources, and inspiration for your homeschool—before you're ready to fully commit them to your Custom Curriculum. Instead of losing track of interesting ideas, you can bookmark them for later with just a few clicks!
📌 On the Web: You can access the Ideas Board and view items added from the mobile app by going to the Pathfinder page.
📌 In the App: You’ll find the Ideas Board on the Planner Page under the current date. From there, you can review and manage everything you've saved. You can also add to the ideas board by finding a curriculum in Discover and clicking on it. From there, you can select “Add to Idea Board.”
🔹 Save Curriculum Ideas for Later – If you come across a curriculum or learning resource in HomeTrail’s Discover section but aren’t ready to add it to your Custom Curriculum, simply save it to your Ideas Board for future reference.
🔹 Organize Your Homeschool Planning – Think of it as a bookmarking tool to keep track of things you might want to use down the road without cluttering your active curriculum.
🔹 Easily Add to Custom Curriculum – When you're ready to incorporate a saved idea into your homeschool, you can quickly move it from the Ideas Board to your Custom Curriculum with just a few clicks.
✅ Adding an Idea – While browsing curriculum in Discover or planning in your Planner, select "Save to Ideas Board."
✅ Editing & Organizing – Review your saved ideas anytime by visiting the Ideas Board in the app or web version. You can rename, categorize, or add notes.
✅ Deleting Ideas – No longer need something? Simply remove it to keep your board clutter-free.
