Using Trail Mail

Trail Mail lets Plus families send student-facing messages into Nest. It works well for encouragement, quick reminders, photos, and voice notes.

You can use Trail Mail to:

• Send a short note to one student
• Send encouragement after a learning session
• Share a photo or voice memo
• Give a student a simple next step

Trail Mail is for messages and media. If you want to send an article, video, worksheet-style activity, quiz, or generated learning card, use a generated pack instead.

Sending Trail Mail with TrailGuide

You can ask TrailGuide to send Trail Mail by naming the student and message.

For example: "Send Kate Trail Mail: I loved how carefully you practiced cursive today."

If you attach a photo and ask TrailGuide to send it to a student, TrailGuide can send photo-only Trail Mail. Add a caption only if you want text included too.
