Connect TrailGuide
- Open Plus Hub → TrailGuide.
- Choose Connect TrailGuide.
- Follow the activation steps for SMS or WhatsApp.
- Complete the consent prompts before sending family learning details or student work.
TrailGuide can help you:
- Log and plan learning sessions
- Mark attendance and check progress
- Add, edit, assign, or reschedule custom curriculum
- Create or update journal entries
- Generate, rename, or regenerate student packs
- Send Trail Mail
- Find educational articles and videos
- Search HomeTrail help articles
- Summarize your subscription and direct the family account owner to sign in to HomeTrail for billing, invoices, cancellation, payment methods, plan changes, or upgrades
TrailGuide never sends login credentials or direct billing-management links. Open HomeTrail and sign in normally whenever you need to change billing details.
Try prompts such as:
- “Log 30 minutes of math for Avery today.”
- “Move the missed Riverbend Math lesson to Monday and reflow the rest.”
- “Make Jordan a word search about rainforest animals.”
- “How do I set up progress reports?”
The TrailGuide tab also shows What TrailGuide Knows, editable Profile Notes, connection status, and Turn off TrailGuide.
TrailGuide uses only the family-scoped HomeTrail context needed for the request. Privacy-safe student aliases are used in AI-facing text where practical. Unsupported account or support actions are redirected to the appropriate HomeTrail screen or support.
